Wait, I've somehow managed to blog this up ahead of thrillpier? Score! Thats about as deliciously psychedelic a double header as we're gonna see this year. We'll be treated to the collective's racket of kitchen appliances falling down mountainsides and Atlas sound's woozy plumes of intimate shoegaze all under one roof, in one night. Bring it on.

Atlas sound are class, and storkboy is a gobshite who i bet hasn't listened to the album.
How'd I miss it? It could have something to do with being trapped in Dundrum SC this morning looking for TGI Friday to make a delivery. That place is the 6th... no the 8th circle of hell. Like a vegas casino with no clocks, natual light or straight walls, it's impossible to navigate out of. Deeply unsettling.
I have to say I'm not as taken with Bradford's Atlas Sound stuff as the Deerhunter material. I wonder if, with Deerhunter on the road around then if he'll be bringing over the Atlas Sound band or if it'll just be him.
